ENS Cory Voss
Murdered 29 APR 2007
U.S. Navy Ensign Cory Voss was on a fast track to a promising naval career until his murder at the hands of a mysterious stranger in April 2007.
Cory Voss was shot five times at point-blank range the night of April 29, 2007, as he sat in his pickup outside an ATM in Newport News. His wife had sent him there to get money, but the account had only $5 in it. Catherina Voss admitted that she and Draven, who were lovers, hired Runyon to kill her husband so they could be together and live off $500,000 in insurance money. |
